Visit our online shop. To select items for purchase simply click 'Add to Cart'. To continue shoppping click 'Continue Shopping'. When you have finished shopping, click 'Go To Checkout'.
- Check the details of your order carefully. To remove items tick the 'Remove' box. To change the quantity of items go to the Checkout page. Select the relevant postage costs on the Checkout page. Postage costs are added to all orders. To process your order click 'Go To Order Page'. Enter the delivery details and then click 'Go To Payment Page'.
- We use Paypal for payment of online purchases. Please note you DO NOT need to be a Paypal Member to use this service. Simply follow the online instructions to complete your credit card details and pay online.
- Confirmation of your order will be sent to you by email.
- We will dispatch your order as soon as possible. If there are any delays
we will contact you.

If you are a trader and would like to request a trade account please complete our Trade Request Form. We will process your request as quickly as possible and provide you with a username and password.

We can also accept payment by cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque please contact us by email or fax us on 0870 7621831 for further information. Cheques can only be accepted in £'s sterling and orders will only be dispatched upon receipt of payment.

| Delivery Timescales |

| If the items you have ordered are in stock, they will usually be despatched within 48 hours. We will quickly advise you of any delays upon receipt of your order. Overseas customers should allow up to 28 days for delivery. |
